How long does it take to charge?

Our above ground pool vacuum supports fast charging, reaching full charge in 1.5 hours (indicator light on the adapter turns green). Charging adapter included.

Can it clean large pools? Is it have water depth required?

Yes. With its extended telescopic pole (up to 87.5") and 60-minute runtime, it effectively cleans both inground or above-ground pools. Ideal for quick cleaning & maintenance. Please note: It requires min water depth 11.8" to work well.

Why did my pool vacuum stop working after few minute used?

You could please check these items:

(1) Check whether it is fully charged/Low battery.

(2) Remove large debris blocking the suction port.

(3) Empty the filter bag and clean it to avoid overload.

(4) Use in water at least 11.8 inches deep.
